2024亚洲业余围棋锦标赛竞赛规程
一、主办单位：

亚洲国家和地区选派男女各一支队伍参赛。

七、竞赛办法：
1.比赛采用中国围棋协会审定的最新围棋竞赛规则。
2.比赛为采用分台定人制，男子团体每队限报6人，上场5人，替补1人。女子团体每队限报4人，上场3人，替补1人。
3.团体赛比赛开赛前1天，各队确定上场名单和台次。
4.比赛分两个阶段，第一阶段为5轮积分编排，第一阶段前八名进入第二阶段。第二阶段为单败淘汰赛，最终决出冠军。
5.比赛用时每方1小时，3次30秒读秒。超时判负，迟到15分钟判负。
6.比赛第一阶段如出现三劫循环等罕见特例时，按照和棋处理；比赛第二阶段如出现三劫循环等罕见特例时，该局按无胜负处理。双方立即重新加赛，比赛用时为每方3次30秒读秒，超时判负。
7.为了比赛的公平性和公正性，每位棋手在比赛时需要通过“腾讯会议”（国际版为VOOV Meeting）应用进行实时视频通话。各协会负责本国和地区参赛队的比赛组织和线上监管。组委会将选派裁判协助监督。具体要求另行通知。
八、比赛计分方法：
1.男女团第一阶段的比赛中每场胜一局得2分局分，负一局得0分，和棋双方各计1分局分，局分高者场分计2分，局分低者计0分，局分相同者场分各计1分。轮空的队场分计2分，局分计0分，不计对手分。
2.男女团第二阶段为单败淘汰赛，胜者进入下一轮。
九、比赛奖励：
每位棋手都将获得由中国围棋协会颁发的荣誉证书。
十、双方棋手承诺严禁使用AI或聘请高手辅助比赛。
十一、比赛未尽事宜另行通知。
2024 Asian Amateur Weiqi Championship

7.Tournament Outline
1)The competition will be conducted in accordance with the latest rules enacted by the Chinese Weiqi Association.
2)All matches will be played in a rule of Weiqi to arrange the boards of players beforehand. Each team can enter six (6) players, including five (5) for matches and one (1) for reservation in Men’s Team. Each team can enter four (4) players, including three (3) for matches and one (1) for reservation in Women’s Team.
3)The teams submit their table lists the day before the matches.
4)There are two phases for the matches. The Swiss Pairing System will be applied in competitions with a total of five (5) rounds in the first phase. The top eight (8) teams will advance to the second phase. The second phase will be played in a single knock-out system.
5)The time allowance is 60 minutes per player, followed by 3 renewable 30-second overtime periods. The 3rd time will be the last overtime period. If a player fails to make a move within time limits, he or she will be declared to have lost the game. Being late by more than 15 minutes in each round shall be declared to have forfeited the game.
6)In case of triple ko or other positions where a winner cannot be claimed, the game will be considered drawn in the first phase. In case of triple ko or other positions where a winner cannot be claimed in the second phase of single knock-out, an additional competition will be held. Each side will be given three (3) times 30 seconds overtime period. Players who exceed their time limit will be deemed to lose the match.
7)For the fairness and impartiality, each player is required to make a real-time video call through the " Voov Meeting " app during the match. Each association is responsible for the organization and online supervision of their teams. The Organizing Committee will select judges to assist in supervision. Specific requirements will be notified later.
8.Methods for score calculation
1)In terms of the first phase of Men’s Team and Women’s Team, two (2) game scores will be awarded for a winning game, and zero (0) for a lost game. And two (2) round scores will be awarded to the team with higher game scores, zero (0) for the team with lower game scores, or one (1) for teams with the same game scores. An unmatched team will be awarded 2 round scores and 0 game score, and no score will be awarded to the opponent.
2)The second phase will be played in a single knock-out system.
9.Awards
All the players will be given a certificate of honor by the Chinese Weiqi Association.
10.It's necessary for all players to promise that they neither use AI nor invite any other players to compete on their behalf throughout the competition.
11.Matters not mentioned for the competition will be announced.
